What's a credit?
One credit is roughly one email processed. When a message arrives, your AI secretary reads it, writes a short title and summary, and files it into Action Items, Highlights or FYIs. Your monthly credits cover that work across every inbox you connect.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks. New mail still arrives in your inbox as normal, it just waits for processing until your credits reset next month. You can buy a credit top-up any time to keep going, or move up a plan for a larger monthly allowance and more accounts.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrade and the new credits and accounts are available right away, with the difference prorated. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next billing date. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing whenever it suits you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start with a free trial, no card required: you get 60 starter credits plus 20 a day for your first 7 days to watch your AI secretary read a real inbox. When the trial ends you pick a plan to keep going, and you can cancel any time before then with nothing charged.
Do you offer refunds?
If a yearly plan isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund it in full. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and won't renew. EU customers also keep their statutory right to withdraw from the contract.
Can I connect Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. MailOver works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP account, and you can mix providers on one plan. Connect every inbox your tier allows and get one combined brief across all of them. Setup takes about 30 seconds per account.
Is my email data private?
Your email is stored with zero-access AES-256 encryption and handled in a GDPR-compliant way by design. We can't read your mail, we never sell it, and we never train any model on it. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.
