Edit and send an AI draft
Pick one of the suggested replies, edit it however you like, then send. The message goes out through your own connected Gmail or Outlook account, so it lands like any email you sent yourself. On Ultra you can toggle an optional "Sent via MailOver" footer on or off.
Edit before you send
Picking a suggested reply does not send it. It opens the full message so you can read it and change anything. Tweak a sentence, add a detail the AI didn't know, cut a line, or rewrite the whole thing. Nothing leaves your account until you tap send.
Open the reply you picked. Selecting one of the suggested options drops its full body into an editor. The label is gone now. You are looking at the actual message.
Make it yours. Edit anything you want. Small changes also help your secretary learn how you write, so future suggestions land closer to your style.
Send. When it reads the way you want, send it. The reply goes out through your connected account, addressed to the original sender as a normal reply in the thread.
It sends from your own account
MailOver sends through the email account you connected, your Gmail or Outlook. The recipient sees it from your address, in the same thread, exactly as if you had typed it in Gmail or Outlook yourself. A copy lands in your Sent folder the normal way. With Outlook the reply is created as a draft on the thread and then sent, so the result is the same: a reply from you, in the right conversation.
The "Sent via MailOver" footer
Replies can carry a small "Sent via MailOver" footer. On the Ultra plan you can turn that footer off, so your sent replies look completely plain. If you would rather every reply you send stay unbranded, that toggle lives in your settings on Ultra.
