Get the MailOver iOS app
MailOver has a native iOS app on the App Store. Search for MailOver or use the App Store link on our site, install it, and sign in with your existing account. Your connected inboxes, Action Items, and categories sync straight across, so your brief looks the same on iPhone as on the web.
Before you start
The app is the same MailOver you use on the web, built for iPhone. You do not need to set anything up again. Once you sign in, your connected inboxes, Action Items, Highlights, FYIs, and daily brief are already there. If you have not made a MailOver account yet, you can create one right inside the app, then connect your first inbox.
Install the app, step by step
Open the App Store on your iPhone. You can find MailOver two ways. Tap the App Store link on our download page from your phone, or open the App Store app and search for MailOver.
Tap Get to install. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password if your phone asks. The app downloads and lands on your home screen.
Open it and sign in. Launch MailOver and sign in with the same account you use on the web. Everything you have already set up appears right away. For the full sign-in options, see Sign in on iPhone.
What you need
An iPhone running a recent version of iOS and an Apple Account to download from the App Store. There is no separate iPhone-only plan and no extra charge for the app. The same free plan and paid plans apply across web and iPhone, so your account works the same on either one.
If you can't find the app
If a search does not surface MailOver, open the App Store link on our download page instead, which takes you straight to the right listing. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a real person will help.
