AI Categorization. AI that sorts every email for you.
MailOver reads each email as it arrives and sorts it into Action Items, Highlights, or FYIs, with custom sub-categories, before it clutters your inbox.
Filters break the moment mail changes
Rules sort by sender and keyword, so a new vendor or a reworded subject slips straight through, and you end up maintaining filters instead of reading your mail.
MailOver reads and sorts by meaning
Your secretary reads the content of every email and files it into Action Items, Highlights, or FYIs, then into sub-categories like Financial, Deliveries, or Security. There is nothing to set up.
Three steps, about a minute
Connect your inbox
Link Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP account in about 30 seconds. No rules, no folders, nothing to configure.
MailOver reads each email
Your secretary reads each message and decides whether it needs you, is worth knowing, or is noise, then files it into the matching category.
Everything arrives pre-sorted
Open MailOver to mail already filed into the three buckets and their sub-categories, with counts so you can skim or clear a whole group at once.
Every email, filed the moment it arrives
Action Items, Highlights, and FYIs across the top, sub-categories underneath with live counts, so most of your inbox is handled before you open it.
In our analysis of more than 2 million processed emails, about 88% was low-priority noise. MailOver files it before it reaches you.
Sorting that reads, instead of matching
It sorts by what the email says
MailOver reads the body, so it catches the renewal in paragraph three or the ask hidden in a long thread, where a sender or keyword rule would miss it.
Custom sub-categories you control
Beyond the three buckets, you add and rename sub-categories like Legal, Subscriptions, or Recruiting, and MailOver files new mail into them.
Sorted before it clutters your inbox
Triage happens as mail arrives, so you open MailOver to an inbox that is already organized instead of one you have to clean up.
Works with the inbox you already use

Questions about AI Categorization
How does MailOver sort my email?+
MailOver reads the content of each email and files it into one of three buckets: Action Items for mail that needs you, Highlights for important but not urgent mail, and FYIs for everything else. Inside FYIs it adds sub-categories like Financial, Deliveries, and Security, all with no rules to set up.
Can I customize categories?+
Yes. The three top buckets stay fixed, but you control the sub-categories underneath. Add your own, like Legal or Recruiting, rename the defaults, and MailOver files new mail into them as it reads. Your categories carry across every inbox you connect, so the same structure applies everywhere.
What if it sorts something wrong?+
Move any email to another category in one tap, and MailOver learns from the correction. The original never moves in your actual mailbox, only its place inside MailOver changes, so fixing a category has no effect on your Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP folders.
Does it work across multiple inboxes?+
Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP account, and MailOver applies the same three buckets and your sub-categories across all of them. Mail from every inbox is sorted into one structure, so you read by category instead of triaging each account on its own.
