Account & data

Export your data, delete your account, make a GDPR request, or disconnect an inbox. You stay in control of everything MailOver holds.

Your data

Export your data
You can export your MailOver data from Settings in one click. It comes back as a single machine-readable JSON file with your profile, conversations, emails, Action Items, reminders, FYIs, briefings, agent memories, and metadata. Keep it for your records or use it for a GDPR request, and remember your original email always stays in your own provider too.
Delete your account and data
Deleting your MailOver account schedules it for removal and signs you out, and a Stripe subscription is cancelled right away. You have about 30 days to change your mind: sign back in during that window and your account comes back. After that, your synced email and connected accounts are permanently deleted and the rest is anonymized, while billing records are kept as the law requires. An Apple or Google subscription must be cancelled in that store. Your original email always stays in your provider, so export first if you want a copy.
Make a GDPR data request
MailOver supports your GDPR rights to access, export, and erase your data. You can handle most of it yourself from Settings with one-click export and account deletion, or email [email protected] for a formal request. Storage is zero-access encrypted, so deleting your account also removes any ability for MailOver to read what it held.
Disconnect an email account
Open Settings, go to your Account tab, tap the inbox you want to pause, and choose Disconnect. MailOver stops processing new mail from that account but keeps everything it already pulled out, like your Action Items and Highlights. You can reconnect the same inbox later, and your email always stays in your provider untouched.
