Help/Getting started/Connect more than one inbox

Connect more than one inbox

Short answer

MailOver reads across every inbox you connect and hands back one combined brief. Add each one from Settings, mixing Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP, and your Action Items, Highlights, and FYIs merge into a single view. Your plan sets how many inboxes you can connect at once, from one on Free up to eight on Ultra.

One brief across all your inboxes

Most people keep mail in more than one place, like a work address and a personal one. MailOver reads every inbox you connect and pulls them into a single view. Your Action Items, Highlights, and FYIs from all of them sit together, and your daily brief covers everything at once instead of one brief per account. You can mix providers freely, so a Gmail address, an Outlook address, and an IMAP account can all live side by side.

How many you can connect

The number of inboxes you can connect depends on your plan:

PlanEmail accounts
Free1
Plus2
Pro4
Ultra8

Enterprise can connect an unlimited number. Every connected inbox processes its own mail, so each email still uses one credit no matter which account it came from.

Add another inbox

1

Open Settings and choose Add email account. Go to Settings, then the Account tab, find Connected accounts, and select Add email account. Your already-connected inboxes are listed here too.

Add email account
2

Pick the provider and sign in. Choose Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP and follow the same steps as the first account. See Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP for the details.

3

Let the new inbox fold in. The new account runs its own first sync, and its items merge into your combined view as they come in. If you reach your plan limit, disconnect an inbox to free a slot or upgrade for more.
