Draft Replies. Replies, pre-written.
MailOver drafts responses in your voice for the emails that need one, so you just review and send.
The replies you owe pile up
Most emails that need a response need roughly the same one. Writing each from a blank page is slow, and the unanswered ones sit there reminding you all day.
MailOver writes the first draft
For mail that needs a reply, your secretary drafts a response in your voice using the context from the thread. You read it, edit anything you want, and send it yourself.

MailOver reads each email
For emails that need a response, your secretary reads the thread and drafts a reply that matches how you usually write.
You review and send
Open the draft, change anything you like, and send. Nothing goes out until you press send yourself.
A draft ready to review, in your voice
MailOver reads the thread, drafts a reply that sounds like you, and leaves the send button to you. Edit a line or regenerate it until it is right.
A first draft, never an auto-send
Written in your voice
MailOver matches the tone and phrasing of mail you have already sent, so the draft reads like you wrote it, not like a template.
It uses the whole thread
The draft pulls the relevant details from the conversation, like dates, names, and the actual ask, so you are editing a real reply, not a generic one.
You always press send
MailOver drafts and waits. Nothing is sent automatically, so every reply is one you have read and approved.
Works with the inbox you already use
Draft Replies works the same across every account you connect. Pick your provider to see how it sets up.

Questions about Draft Replies
Does MailOver send replies on its own?+
No. MailOver only drafts a reply and leaves it for you to review. Nothing is sent until you read it and press send yourself. You can edit any line, regenerate the draft, or discard it. The send button is always yours, so no reply ever goes out without your approval.
How does it match my voice?+
MailOver looks at how you have written in the past, your tone, length, and phrasing, and drafts replies in that style. The more you send, the closer the match. You can always edit a draft before sending, and those edits help it sound more like you over time.
What does it base the draft on?+
The draft uses the content of the thread it is replying to, including the request, the relevant dates, and the names involved. It writes a direct response to what was actually asked, so you are reviewing a real reply rather than a generic template you have to rewrite.
Can I change a draft before sending?+
Yes. Every draft is fully editable. Change a sentence, adjust the tone, or rewrite it entirely, then send when it is right. You can also ask MailOver to regenerate the draft if you want a different take. Nothing is locked, and nothing sends until you do.
