Buy more credits or upgrade
You can buy a one-time top-up pack from Settings under Credits, from Mini at 1,000 credits up to Mega at 50,000. Top-ups stack on your balance and never expire or reset. On web you pay through Stripe, and on iOS or Android it's an in-app purchase. Or upgrade your plan for a bigger monthly allowance.
Top-up packs
A top-up is a one-time purchase that adds credits to your balance on top of your monthly allowance. Top-ups never expire and are never reset by your monthly cycle, so anything you don't use carries over. There are five packs:
Since one credit processes about one email, even the Mini pack covers a lot of mail. Bigger packs cost less per credit, so they're the better deal if you process high volume.
Buy a top-up on the web
Open Settings and go to Credits. In the web app, open Settings, then the Credits section. You'll see your available credits, your monthly limit, and your purchased balance.
Choose a pack and select Buy Credits. Pick the pack that fits how much mail you process. Selecting it opens Stripe's secure checkout in a new window.
Pay, and your credits land right away. Once the payment goes through, the credits are added to your balance immediately, so processing resumes the moment you're back in the app. Stripe emails you a receipt.
Buy a top-up on iOS or Android
In the mobile app, the same packs are available as an in-app purchase. Open Credits, choose a pack, and pay through Apple or Google. The credits are added to the same balance you use everywhere else, so a top-up bought on your phone shows up on the web too.
Or upgrade your plan
If you regularly need more credits, upgrading your plan gives you a larger monthly allowance instead of a one-time pack. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and yearly plans add a one-time bonus on top. See when credits refill for how the monthly allowance and bonus work together.
