Plans and what's included

Short answer

MailOver has four paid plans: Plus, Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise. Higher plans connect more inboxes and include more monthly credits, and yearly billing lowers the price and adds a one-time bonus of credits. You start on the free plan and pick a paid plan when you are ready. Enterprise adds unlimited accounts, SSO and SAML, and priority support.

The plans at a glance

Every plan does the same core job: your AI secretary reads your incoming email, writes a short title and summary, and sorts each message into Action Items, Highlights, and FYIs. What changes between plans is how many inboxes you can connect, how many emails get processed each month, and a handful of higher limits. You can see live pricing on the pricing page.

Yearly plans are billed up front for the year, which works out cheaper per month, and they add a one-time bonus of credits the first time you upgrade. Prices are in US dollars. You can cancel any time.

Credits and processing

Credits meter email processing. Roughly one credit is spent for each email your secretary reads and sorts. Your monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. AI chat, draft replies, and your daily brief do not use credits, they run within their own daily limits instead. If you want to know more, see How credits work.

What the higher plans add

Beyond more inboxes and more credits, the plans differ on a few daily limits and premium features:

  • AI Highlights are included on Plus and up. The free plan does not get Highlights.
  • Daily limits scale with the plan. AI chats per day run 20 / 20 / 100 / 400 across Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra, and draft replies per day run 6 / 10 / 30 / 100.
  • Priority processing and premium support are on Ultra and Enterprise.
  • SSO and SAML are Enterprise only.

Enterprise

Enterprise is for teams that need unlimited connected accounts, a custom credit volume, SSO and SAML, priority support with an SLA, and guided onboarding. Pricing is custom and billed annually. To talk it through, email [email protected].

Starting free and picking a plan

You can sign up with no card and try MailOver on the free plan first. When you are ready to connect more inboxes or process more mail, open a paid plan from the pricing page or from Settings inside the app. To move between paid plans later, see Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
